Born 2003 in Nova Scotia, currently stationed within Alberta, Stiles is a digital artist and animator with a deep love for all things horror.As a mixed black and queer artist, Stiles creates with the hope to reclaim the horror genre from its original roots. He strives to make horror a genre anybody can enjoy, as opposed to feeling demonized or alienated by the harmful tropes pushed.Stiles intends to attend university for character animation, and continue onto a professional animation career in the future. Currently, he runs horror aligned passion projects for his community.

TERMS OF SERVICE

When you commission me, you are automatically agreeing to the following;- Payment must be made in full, upfront, sent as USD over Paypal. I will not start working on your commission until I have received full payment, unless discussed otherwise.- I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.- You may ask me what I can and won't draw, considering it changes from time to time. I will draw NSFW, both explicit and suggestive, but my prices increase.- Once a sketch has been sent, I will not refund any commission at all. I will refund anytime before the sketch has been started. If for any reason I have to cancel your commission, I can refund entirely or partially depending on the situation and the state of the commission at any time.- Revisions can be made during the sketch phase for no additional cost. Revisions can be made during the rest of the process up to 3 times depending on the severity of the change. Past that, more revisions will cost an extra $10. Please make sure you ask for all the revisions you need in the sketching phase if you are unhappy! If I miss a detail you asked for, or was clear on your reference, that will not cost or add to the amount of free revisions you have.- Completed commissions will always be sent via client’s method of communication.- If you block me for any reason on Discord, Twitter, Toyhouse, all of the above, or on any platform, you immediately forfeit your commission status and will not receive a refund or compensation. If you want compensation, please refrain from blocking me with no resolution.- I, most of the time, will post the completed piece on my Twitter, and may showcase it in the future on my site or social medias. You must be okay with that. I will make exceptions if asked!- My art cannot be used commercially - this means it cannot be sold as merchandise, or resold at all. This includes redistributing it as an NFT.- My art CANNOT and WILL NOT ever be used to train generative AI.What can I do with my commission?- Post it/use it on your social media with credit.- Edit the artwork only after you have contacted me to ask for permission; without asking, you cannot edit it. No matter what, you cannot edit the watermark/signature out of the artwork.- Print the commission in any way (shirt, stickers, print, etc) for personal and non-commercial use only. You cannot redistribute or sell my artwork or use it commercially. You can arrange something with me to gain commercial rights.Being said, I will use your commission for advertising or showcasing purposes like stated before, but I will never sell your completed commission to someone else as a piece of artwork, a print or a design, unless stated EXPLICITLY in the commission advertisement and our discussion.

ADOPTABLE T.O.S

When you buy an adoptable from me, you agree to the following:- You must have a Toyhou.se account to own my designs. If you do not have one, I will provide you with a code.- You may resell a design for whatever monetary value you see fit, keeping in mind their artwork, writing, and other added content that may add to this monetary worth. You may resell a design by me that you got within a trade for a price you see fit.However, if you resell a design with no additional artwork, writing, or otherwise, I simply request that you do not resell it for 300% more than what you paid (ex. reselling a $100 adopt for $300 with no added artwork, writing, or other content adding to their monetary worth.)- You may request a hold or payment plan, and these are done on a case by case basis that we will discuss. If you violate this hold or payment plan, you will be blacklisted permanently.- Once you own my designs, you may distribute merchandise and use them commercially or as a brand mascot. However, you cannot use my art for this commercial use, including the original artwork and any additional artwork by me. Any and all artwork used commercially must be of your own work, or other's with their consent.- You may redesign, redraw, or otherwise re-work the design in any way you see fit, but designer and creator credits MUST remain under my name. If you reupload a redesign of a design by me with no credit for me anywhere, you will be blacklisted.- You may use any adopt as a design for a pre-made fursuit, or commission me with the intent of using it AS LONG AS we come to a financial agreement regarding this. Any adopts you buy with the intention of turning into a pre-made fursuit, I may charge you a larger percentage of the adopt money, or request a percentage of the final fursuit sale. This rule is very liquid and requires communication and us coming to a mutual agreement.- You may NOT use my designs for immoral and illegal content such as hate speech, hate crimes, pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, and other illegal immoral activities. This includes drawn feral animals in suggestive or sexual activities, underage characters being drawn sexually, the design being used in an incestuous relationship with another, and so forth. If you break this rule, I will revoke your design through help of Toyhou.se administration. Whether or not you receive compensation is subject to the intensity of this rule break.If you break my TOS in any way, you will be permanently blacklisted and blocked from ever owning a design from me again, partaking in business with me, or otherwise be involved or associated with me in any manner.
